The 3 Idiots
“The 3 Idiots” movie portrays our lives in
college. It may be hard to survive every obstacle that may come our way but
what’s important is that we remained strong in order to achieve our goals in
life. As the saying goes, “no pain no gain”. We will never gain or have the things
that we always wanted to achieve if we did not invest in it and do everything
that we can in order to have it. College life is never that easy because it’s the
phase in life where one should strive and focus on his/her studies because it
would be the starting line of the future. It would lead us to a direction where
a person will be able to fulfill his/her dreams in life from the very start.
Never give up and just believe in yourself.
Live every moment to the fullest as if today is your last day.
I was uplifted and
encouraged while watching this movie. I was so glad and moved with this movie
that I was aspired to pursue my studies. It also reminds me to always put God
first in every step that you would take. In Matthew 6:33 it says, “But strive first for
the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to
you as well.”
This movie taught me a
lot when it comes to life and in choosing happiness. For me, they are not
idiots, but smart men. They had inspired so many lives just by watching and
understanding the moral lessons behind this movie. This movie is now one of my most
favorite movies of all times. I do hope that they will still continue to make
movies like this one because it is a very good movie to recommend in all ages
for it teaches us many things about life and could inspire us in many ways.
Thumbs up for this movie! The following
are the insights I gained from this movie:
þ Don’t run behind the success. One must achieve
excellence first and success will automatically follow.
þ Be creative. Adding creativity to
things to you love to do helps you become more capable of your own.
þ Learning is everywhere. Learning is not limited inside the four
corners of the classroom or by listening to teachers but it is everywhere. All
we need is to grab/learn and grow with it.
þ Do it with a passion. As the saying goes, “love what you do and do
what you love”. Then, you can go and get greater things at ease.
þ Never Race. Don’t ever race just because someone else
doing it. To achieve something on a timeline, one must first gain knowledge and
expertise.
þ Say “All is well”. Probably this is the most popular chant in
India in 2009. This is Rancho’s core mantra. By chanting the words, it helped
him and his friends get rid of fear. He said “this will not solve all problems
but will surely give guts to face them”.
þ Ignore others. Wherever we are there are always sayers and envious
people around us. Ignore them and move on. Always remember: “If you stop and
throw a stone at every dog that barks, you will never reach your destination”.
